How many really know how to handle a pitch fork anyway?
It is funny how even the best people can make giving bonuses seem like some evil plot to enslave people. They also tie one corporate decision to another as if one is done to cover up the evil of another. You have a store which is losing money. You aren’t a taxpayer funded charity so you are going to shut it down. At the same time you need more distribution centers and can use the existing structure to house it and use the people who would have lost their jobs at rates which are still higher than what others are offering.
Cursed whatever you do because some people’s prejudices force them to hate you for everything you do or do not do. “The wage hike and additional charitable giving will cost Wells Fargo about $215 million in 2018.” It won’t make up for previous fraudulent practices but it should equal a bunch of silly pitch forks.
Kill your employers and destroy your source of income and expect improved lives? Has President Trump some contagious form of insanity which might make them “think” such a way?
