Went out last evening, after 7:00, to pick raspberries. Came in sweating after 15 minutes. Thankfully, the heat wave ends, at least here, this afternoon.
That’s me when I come back from the cat colony. Saturdays I take a shower, Sundays (since I take one in the evening), I just change clothes. And have an Italian Ice to cool down my core.

I"m with Adam. I mowed yesterday morning early (6:00 am) to beat the heat. I have a battery operated mower so the neighbors don’t mind.

Do not know anything about your health but I found out night sweats can be a sign of cardiac conditions.
