The desire to dance?

It was there before but so was college football, basketball, pro sports …you just have to listen.

Dancing off the candy canes and cookies?

Do a little dance, make a little love, get down tonight.

Stuck in house – looking for something to do together – have felt that way over the past 3 years.

I never understood the concept of dancing. Like singing (“I can’t sing; court order.” – Bender in Futurama), or any sort of art it is not part of my universe. As for rhythm, I can tap my finger at a reasonably steady rate and I walk at a steady pace because of the swinging of my arms, but anything more complicated than that – even clapping my hands more than a few seconds – ain’t gonna happen. I bet there are more of us out there than any of us realize.

Dancing is a form of foreplay.

I love the way dancing moves to other activities.

There are 4 or 5 songs played occasionally that has us both finding each other in the house and dancing. “Lady in Red” is only one of them.

Something like that Never happens to me. Happy about that.
