With new pictures, you should do that. My new pictures are all digital. Finding time to scan old pictures is difficult. I copy pictures to my PC and add descriptions to file names. I can search for file names. There is software for this. I tried one program 20 years ago and didn’t like. Newer stuff may be better.

Huh, I’m actually going the other way, and turning a few thousand digital images into a few photo albums.

Not sure I would trust Zoe having a bat in her hand with Hammie within reach.

My nephew scanned all of my grandma’s photos. 20 photo albums, 4000 pictures. God bless him.

Someday, I’ll have to figure out how to download all my old photos to my laptop. Someday, I hope.

As I passed by a flowering tree yesterday, I noticed a fluffy sparrow primping his feathers atop an old tall stump of a tree. The light conditions were perfect for a nice photo or even a short video to post on Instagram. But life is short and I just enjoyed watching the little bird for a few minutes. The moral? You don’t have to take a picture of everything.

Wanda, that was smooth.

It’s a good feeling to accomplish a goal AND to hoodwink your spouse….

Now dad’s got something to whine about…

I don’t think Wanda understood what Daryl was meaning. He meant taking the kids to the park was the impossible task. What she originally proposed for herself was quite possible. Getting 3 kids crammed in a car/minivan to behave long enough to get to the park is an impossible goal (“If you kids don’t behave, I’m going to turn this car/van around and go back home!”).

Your second idea is more achievable and more fun.

Not impossible. It would be a major project, and would probably take months, but it can be done.

Mommas need to set goals like that now and then, and poppas need to be very supportive at those times.
