No one is completely worthless, they can always be used as a bad example

Unfortunately, in today’s job market, you win just by showing up and not by the caliber of work you do. Awful employees are kept and coddled because “there is nobody else who will work.” So they know this and get away with awful behavior.

And just where is Mr. Rod during all these loafing sessions….?

I’m thinking nepotism

When you say, “My boss hires the worst people,” you may be implicating yourself.

How often is Mr. Rod even in his store?
