Hey everybody. I’m new. I just joined up today. I’m am a huge Big Nate fan. One thing I will like to point out is that a girl in the first panel to the bottom left looks like Daisy! I think it is. Different hairstyle though.

I just noticed! Third panel to the bottom right! I swear that girl with the ponytail is Trudy! I’m not kidding!

Also, I know Pierce already kind of addressed the issue of why Dee Dee and Nate haven’t gone out back in 2019, but I would like a story arc where Nate loses a bet to Francis and Teddy and has to ask Dee Dee on a date or go without Cheese Doodles for a month. SO MUCH COMEDIC POTENTIAL!!!!

Big Nate and the Big Event – Part 9

Finally! We ended this comic, just a few days, before Halloween! Now we have enough time to think of our costumes!

Yesterday, while I was coming back from school, I saw one stranger kid, reading one strip. And another one. And another, and another, and another. They all were reading the same thing. I was shocked, when I found out, they were reading “Adventures of J-Kinght” by Nolan and Zach! I texted Francis, Teddy and Coco to meet at the schoolyard the next day.

Today, we met at one corner of the yard. Francis asked:

“Okay, what’s wrong?”

“Those guys, Nolan and Zach, started selling their strips all over the town! It’s popular on a few neighbourhoods!”

“What are we gonna do?” Teddy asked.

“Do the same thing. Print pages of our novel multiple times and sell it”, I answered.

“But how? My parents won’t let use their printer”, Coco replied.

“Neither do my dad”.

“My folks won’t let either”.

“And my mom’s printer is a piece of junk”.

Pierce – I don’t know if you read these, but I have an idea for a comic. If you already did this, please tell me, as it would be hilarious to see. I was wondering if you can make a comic where Chester becomes the new goalie in soccer. He’s huge, right? The soccer team would be unstoppable! Then at the end make him break something like the net or something else (not very good at coming up with the end here) then Nate becomes to goalie again, so it’s just a tiny arc. I would honestly really like this.

We quickly got out of the teacher’s room. We were walking to our lockers and then, it hit me. We forgot one page! We had to quick come back, until one of the teachers will find out, what were we doing.

We turned around with fear. Mrs. Shipulski was standing at the door.
