but then nate that defeats the point doesnt it? just shows that grandma is better than artur at knitting

today is friday, so we will only have tomorrow then it’s the sunday strip.

so unless the sunday strip is part of the arc, we will have another week of this.

When I say I hoped Nate would aks his Grams for help this is not what I meant

Wait, maybe this could be good! Maybe Nate DOES go to his grams for this, but then grams tells him off for trying to cheat and asks him why he’s so desperate to win, and she’ll help him get over his jealousy at Artur and this will end well! Or maybe she’ll teach him how to knit and Nate actually has a chance of winning! (I know I sound like Boo Boo the Fool with how stupidly optimistic I am but pls let me be)

You know you’re desperate when youre only option is to bribe your grandma.

I am honestly considering to stop reading this strip. Nothing exciting ever happens and well if that’s the case then what’s the point. But, I do have one question ; Why are you still here even though this strip is dull?

Y ’Know i wish the Big Nate P.+ Show was a bit more connected with the comics.

If I were Nate, here’s what I’d do: I’d ask Gram to knit a sweater without telling her why, then pass it off as my own, hopefully beating Artur.

My Dad taught me who to knit. He was wounded in WWII and was taught to knit wool socks for his rehabilitation in the hospital. I always got a kick out of watching him as he was a man’s man. Proving once again that you cannot judge a book by it’s cover.

He couldn’t sleep, he was so worried. “I can’t believe I’m going against them.” Nate thought. He kept trying and trying to sleep and sleep but couldn’t. Eventually, he went to sleep. He woke up at 7:30, ate a light breakfast, and went to the diamond. He saw charlie sweating like a pig. Then, the other team came. Charlie was so nervous, he fainted. It was time to play some ball.
