Nate has got to be the unluckiest person in the world. Seriously, who makes these videos now? But I will admit, the circumstances are so ridiculous, it’s funny. And like that bear guy said in the comments, didn’t the letter say he wanted to be like Nate when he grew up. It doesn’t matter, because to Nate, bad publicity is still publicity.

I like that realism. To be exact, I like the way that a clip that went viral actually was spectacular. Often, modern fiction has a character go viral with a clip that just isn’t that spectacular.Like in the movie (but not the book) “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul”, where the protagonist finds a diaper that gets stuck to his hand in the ball pit, and goes “That’s a DIAPER, man!” That clip becomes super-famous in the plot of the movie, but in the real world, it wouldn’t have made a dent.

I’ve always said this, but Nate’s friends kind of suck, like imagine your friend posts a video about that on YouTube, that’s just rude. Also, cats are not that strong and I know Nate hates cats, but why do they hate him so much, Nate’s so unlucky, the worse part is he never ever gets revenge on Teddy and Francis.
