Is the “or” pinning the blame on Dee Dee?

He totally is just gonna hide the remains and hope Mrs. Godfrey doesn’t realize. The next strip is probably gonna be him coming up with that solution or another, to Dee Dee’s objection, the next one either him carrying that out or Mrs. Godfrey discovering the broken vase, and the third one, her probably getting mad or telling him to be careful.
