Nate has the same anger as my younger brother.

Nate, so many bad things have happened to you for over thirty-one years. At this point, you could be like Milo Murphy and predict anything that could possibly go wrong.

It’s the first one on the middle shelf. I checked the one where he breaks it.

Wow its been a while since I’ve been here. Anyways just dropping in and saying hi.

The vase that closest resembles the one Nate broke is the middle-left, but how would he know? He only saw the broken fragments of the original

not to mention the vase on was a table which Nate was crawling thereunder… he probably didn’t bother notice the vase for a split second as he went to get the hamster in its ball

If he really wanted to, maybe he could just gather all the pieces of the old vase and weigh them. As long as the store is cool with letting him weigh their vases on a scale he’d then at least be able to rule out a good majority of the vases that don’t weigh the same amount to increase his chances of getting the right one. He could also play around with the pieces of the old one like a puzzle to get a vague idea for the shape too if there are at least a few larger pieces left.

Why do I have a feeling that Nate is going to go to all the trouble of replacing the vase, only to find out that it was a gift and Mrs Godfrey didn’t like it and won’t have missed it.

What was Nate thinking?

The one on the right in the second row looks like the vase. He should try using the the elimination method.

There’s an easy solution, Nate. Fess up, offer to buy a replacement. He knows where to get it now. She will appreciate that he did research to find the vase, and his honesty.

I think buy one and leave a post it on it explaining what’s happened would be the smart thing to do. But I can’t see Nate do it.

I’m predicting that either Mrs. Godfrey will notice and give Nate detention despite it being summer, or she won’t notice but get mad at him for something else.

I’d think Nate would love to replace it with one that wasn’t quite right to mess with her head.

Nate really is touchy. 5/10. I don’t have much to say.

When the arc started 2 weeks ago it had a lot of potential. But it was wasted pretty quickly. Poll: What’s your least favorite big Nate arc. Mine is the one where Nate forgets about a assignment and begs mrs Godfrey for something.

He just needs to go back and look at P2 of the August 9 installment. ¯\(ツ)/¯
