I would love for this to spin into another arc based off of what would happen when nate does go to school. You almost never see other arcs referenced after they are done.

Let’s see what’s gonna happen next week

Other shoe. That’s been used before in one of the Sunday strips where Nate gets 98 on his Social Studies test and Francis congratulates him, but Nate says “The other shoe is about to drop,” and when Godfrey comes she says something like “I am very impressed at your performance in this last test, but it just proves that you can do this well in ALL of your tests.”I don’t know how or why I remember this about other things.

can hardly wait for school to start once you get Mrs. Godfrey again, can you, Nate?

Guys I know this section is for big nate but uh. so last school year I got into a fight with one of my friends who was really manipulative. So he texted me back saying stuff like he hates me and my guts because i talked trash about him. what should I do?

I’m glad Nate had a happy ending. Sure, he may have been upset at that last sentence, but I’m happy.

If Mrs. Godfrey will be calmer with Nate for Sherman, he won’t get any detentions. That means if Gina didn’t take care of Sherman, Gina will get the detentions.

This was an ok arc, definitely went on too long but didnt feel very dragged out. It still felt somewhat dragged out. But overall it only felt as dragged out as like an average two week arc. I have to say this wasnt as bad as it couldve been, and I enjoyed some of it. But overall
