I’m predicting that Gina is going to help Nate get some other girl to like him

This should be interesting, considering beyond their core friends, neither of them is very likable at all.

Can hardly imagine what is the trade to which Gina is referring.

Not another trade. This will likely lead to another arc that take months to finish. If it’s going to be a trade, it has to be immediate. It can’t be something dumb, like a favour that she can say anytime she wants.

Ooh a trade what am could this be? My guess is Gina will reveal a secret about a girl that like him in exchange for Nate trying to set Gina and Chad up.

Something tells me this deal would be fair, and the other side tells me that this is a trick.

Wait a minute. sensing some weird deja vu right here…

This isn’t meant to be funny, this is a story arc progression strip, so I’ll rate it as so.

And to be fair and prove that I’m not like some readers who seem to be overly critical of every strip, I’m going to be nice here. This is solid progression! We’re on day 3 of 6 of the arc, and we’re actually moving forwards and not making the same joke over and over again. Credit where credit’s due, this is decent story progression, plus a good cliffhanger, since there IS a mystery as to what the trade is, and to be fair to Pierce, it definitely went somewhere!

7/10, not funny, but good storytelling!
