Celebrated in mid-December, National Cocoa Day is more of a National Hot Cocoa Day -- or even a National Hot Chocolate Day, depending on what you care to call the drink. All that really matters is that you take a moment to insulate yourself from winter's chill with some liquid chocolate. We won't even judge your precarious ratio of marshmallows, whipped cream, or other add-ins to the actual drink, so long as you're sufficiently cocoa'ed.
