I never have to watch Faux News for their nonsense, and this cartoon — among others — is why.

First, Trump isn’t prosecuted. He’s being investigated. There was sufficient evidence to support a search warrant which was then legally executed.

As for HRC, she complied with every request (something Trump refused to do in this case). She testified at every hearing about her email server. She surrendered paper copies of all emails and requested the State Department provide their copies (again, something Trump refused to do). In the end, after 4 years of investigation, the FBI concluded that although sloppy, there was no basis for charges.

Of course, facts never stopped Trump and his suck-a$$ GOP cronies from whining.

This is just stupid. Even for the cartoonist this is stupid. But then again being Trump supporter and a proponent of the Republican Party doesn’t require any brains or cognitive abilities. Clearly the cartoonist has no concept of reality or nuance as anyone not deeply into the Trump cult can see the differences between the two. The FBI left a detailed index of what was removed from Mar a Lago, and trump has the printed search warrant. If this was political, it is perfectly within his rights to release his copies to the media, so everyone can see what this was all about.

Hillary was not only investigated for many different Trumped up charges over the years, she also never, ever pleaded the fifth under any hearing or deposition. She turned in all relevent emails, hid nothing, which the subsequent laptop and Comey’s defying his orders and having a press briefing about emails they already had.

BTW, when the FBI is actually investigating you, they don’t have press briefings to make it seem you have committed a crime, because they already know you have. They have press briefings alleging a crime when trying to influence an election for the benefit of the party they ‘think’ has their back. FBI leadership is learning the hard way that the Republicans have been gaslighting them about the Democrats for decades, in order to deflect the FBI’s focus away from them. Now to see if the FBI is willing to put on their big boy pants and actually go after the real criminals, or if they plan to put on their diapers and allow the Republicons to continue to bottle feed them lies that they have accepted for so long. It’s really hard to admit when you’ve been played the fool for so many years.

Well said, if you are a Clinton/Biden you are above the law. Case in point: Comey says they will not pursue charges, even though there may have been possible violations. Why was the information not given to a federal grand jury with the same enthusiasm given to the supposed Trump violations? Since when does an investigating agency make that decision. That is a decision the prosecuting authority should make.
