1 – I hope Bozo wrote down how to reverse that trick.
2 – “For my next trick, I will saw this doghouse into three pieces.”
3 – It’s just like the cup and ball trick, only with hoop skirts.
The best part is the bartender ignoring the lady in the first three panels, giving her a reason to want to change seats.
1. Ah! Magic!
2. Oh! Magical!
3. Huh?!! Magic!!!
All so marvellously magical!
Such magical witty gags expressed in such a splendid and lovely way, and drawn with such splendid skills and fantastic finesse. The marvellous master cartoonist FoXo always delivers through this magnificent masterpiece of his.
So yes of course, a big thumbs up, big applause, and three cheers once again for this epitome of a picture speaking thousand words, the most pleasant picturesque pantomime, the ever entertaining ever energetic ever excellent evergreen entertainer BOZO!
Such splendid joy and sheer cheer BOZO brings to me every day. Spread the word, friends, so that BOZO can spread more joy and cheer to more!
1 I suspect Umbrella Guy made off with the book.
2 Everybody gets their own bedroom.
3 Bozo had his eye on the lady the whole time and never saw her raise her skirt. Now that’s talent!
i) I’ve heard of disappearing ink but …
or did the book transport itself back to the store?
ii) What a lovely little litter, even if there are only two.
iii) Let’s talk about drawing that dress four times!
3 Umbrella Guy going two-fisted.
All 3 endings are hilarius, today :D
Book drop. Dog trot. Hot swap. I don’t know the protocol, but if a gentleman gives up his seat for a lady, is there some point in time she is expected to give it back? Can he sit down there again if she leaves to go to the lavatory? Can she pass it on to someone else? Life is complicated.
1. Now Bozo has to go back and buy the second book in the series, “How to Make Things Reappear”.
2. Even the big dog is thinking, "What the ?
3. The first thing that came to my mind, may not be appropriate here.
Since we had to go without our daily Bozo fix yesterday for whatever reason, am I the only one that actually snickered after reading the title “Disappearing Act” for the first comic set today? That sounds like something that only Bozo and Foxo would come up with.
Have a wonderful day, everyone!
Created in 1921, “Bozo,” the original pantomime comic strip, was published weekly in the Richmond (Virginia) Times-Dispatch from 1925 tho 1945. Bozo fought both the Nazis and the Japs for the four years of World War II and was rewarded with International syndication at war’s end by the Chicago Sun-Times Syndicate. The strip was carried by the Boston Globe, the Philadelphia Inquire, the Cincinnati Enquirer and many other papers. It was particularly popular in France and Japan.
Bozo was also carried by the “Stars and Strips,” the newspaper of the United States Armed Forces and was very popular with our men and women in uniform. A hundred of those wartime strips can be found in my book, “WHISTLING DOWN THE HALLS: The Times and Cartoons of America’s Original Pantomime Comic Strip Artist.” , a 260-page book that contains about 800 cartoons by Foxo Reardon (my dad) includind 500 syndicated Bozo strops. It is available at bearmanormedia.com, walmart.com, amazon.com, barneandnobel.com, booksamillion.com and other Internet outlets. If ordering, please enter the name of Foxo Reardon along with the name of the book. And many thanks for ordering!!

Stool, shmool. Bozo’s doing better with the fairer sex this week. Nobody’s throwing him out or trashing his picture.
Looks like Bozo do another disappearing act today. But no worries. Me go back and sees Bozo again from beginning.
3) Fuzzy found an Umbrella Lady?
Now watch closely—I’ll make Monday’s strip disappear!
1. Even the Wizard of Id would make his magic book disappear.
2. “The house is for you and the puppies.”
3. “What the heck? I thought she was sitting right here!”
3. BOZO—Ladies be seated
“It’s the only way!”
