Calvin: I need help on my homework. What's a pronoun? Hobbes: A noun that lost its amateur status. Calvin: Maybe I can get a point for originality.

nice and dumb! hahah
The really sad part about this is that teachers actually receive “answers” like this!
@Hilmi_TM AG- i dont get whats so dumb, because its so true. a noun is a nobody a person place or thing that doesnt really have a name
and pronoun is a somebody professionals a significant peson place or thing and thus has a name.
i think the teacher will give him the bonus marks.:)
Hobbes is so misleading! First 73, then the peck thing, now this! LMAO
since hobbes is just an expanse of calvin’s imagination, calvin is truely the misleading one.
can’t calvin imagine someone smarter, that would be making himself smarter too
i think you got pronoun confused with proper noun
So–what’s an adverb? A verb with an abacus? A verb with a bit part in a commercial?
Brilliant, Hobbes !
haha, i love hobbes’ look of satisfaction in panel three
love it! c and h are one my favorites!!
I’m pro Calvin and Hobbes.
If he’s lucky he’ll get one point… for the whole paper!
GENIUS. PURE GENIUS.
A pronoun is a word like “I, You, He or She” but nice try, Hobbes!
Professional noun vs amateur noun
My theory is that imagination becomes reality for some people in the strip’s reality.
People sure are jealous of those pronouns. XD
