At least Calvin is like most little boys years ago like Beaver, who think love and girls are “sissy stuff”, and not like some today who start having sex at 11 or 12.

When I was 11, sex was the number between 5 and 7.

When I was 17 I was begging for dates. I didn’t start begging for sex til after I was married.

I guess Calvin hasn’t learn that girls mature faster than boys. Which wouldn’t matter. As WoodEye posted, we’ll never see these two grow up.

Susie is already more mature than Calvin is. And the greater irony is, she’s better at abstract thought too.

What would make an ENFP male chauvinist pig like Calvin want to go on living? His very weakness in abstract thought, I guess.

Don’t worry, you’re right: he’ll turn around with regard to girls. And true to his type, he’ll be so affectionate that he’ll be a bigger pest than ever..

God is aweful, too, or awful, depending on one’s perspective. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Oh Calvin, one day your hormones will kick in and girls will drive your crazy. Still, you’ll eventually marry one of them and from then on she’ll drive you crazy. That’s when you’ll realize that females were the superior gender the whole time and were just biding their time before they struck. They’re like snakes, frozen in place, just waiting for their prey to get close enough. Then they strike and the strike is deadly.

I liked girls even then.

Lewreader, unfortunately that is well-put! But, Calvin doesn’t know that yet.

My brother Ronny was always chasing girls, even when he was 6. As for Calvin, no we won’t see him grow up and marry Susie, but I wouldn’t mind if the rights were given to someone to write Calvin and Susie at 17 now wouldn’t that be a hoot?

I shiver when I think of what Calvin would be like at 17. Surely Susie, would be a couple thousand miles away by then.

When Calvin is 17 the girls will be after him because they will see him as the always desirable bad boy. He will have just the right amount of danger that young girls crave.

I love everything Susie says.

Most girls are MUCH better at subtlety. It took me a long time to realize that.

It so happens that Susie grew up to be quite a catch. And although I am bigger, stronger and better at abstract thought than she is, she still challenges me every day. We’ve been married for 21 years now.

I think that girls maturing faster is untrue, I accept that girls start growing earlier. However, This is not actual “maturing” because that would include the mind advancing and starting to see your own short comings and step into anothers point-of-view. Which of course is not correct, as both boys AND girls believe in the opposite gender bieng “Icky”. Both men and women have their own weaknesses and strengths special to their own gender. That is a huge point to marriage is because no one can do everything, you need a little of each. Also in their teen age years boys may like girls more than they used to but there is a huge difference between caring for someones feelings and how you think they look good, it’s the same for girls. Boys don’t eventually only care about girls they have lives and girls are just a necassary part of it, girls are the same way and like boys actually alot sooner as the “mature” so to speak. It is annoying to see people act like girls are superior when they have their own bunch of flaws like boys, but when it comes to talking about bieng sexist people generally think the girls are the victims. I see this everywhere and feel the need to say, both are equal and needed. I may be 14 but I know what i’m talking about.
