He certainly doesn’t need all those energy products if he wants to slow down. In fact, consuming all of them on a regular basis is probably detrimental to his health. On a personal note, after being a tea drinker my entire life, I’ve recently started occasionally drinking coffee (i.e. not daily), and I love the energy. It’s crazy the difference and I could have used that energy when my kids were young.

Hello Cathy friends! Happy Friday! Have a great day, all!

Those things are loaded with sugar and junk calories. Just drink more water and eat more plants.

Lasting energy, i.e. stamina, only comes from a good diet and regular exercise. All this stuff sets you up for a crash a few hours later.

ElJorro is right – all that energy usually comes from sugar and, as mistercatworks noted, is followed by a crash.

Not as cold today – relatively. Currently -24C with a windchill of -34C. Certainly warmer than overnight. Glad I have no energy today (and no, I am not going to eat energy bars) and am staying inside where it is nice an warm

I hope you are having a nice warm time today.

Personally, I prefer closing my eyes and breathing deeply to “slow down and let go”. All that energy stuff would have me bouncing off the walls …

HI, MOM. Happy Friday, “Cathy” Clan.
