I can relate to All of these! Different things at different times. Stop and take a moment to Enjoy the little wonders of life whenever they occur. Thank you, Matt, and everyone here.

Everyone has these small blessings that help get us through the rough patches. Enjoy each and every joy that comes to you.

Love all of these. It’s especially nice to think about nothing once in awhile ~ especially if you watch the news every day. And I agree with GSD Mom, drinking my fresh mug of coffee while reading this. Thanks for reminding us of ‘underrated joys’ which are always around us if we look for them.

Watching clouds. We have many clouds here in the Pacific Northwest that vary in size, shape, and color. Often they are wondrous strange looking.

Sitting in a warm car having been chilled all day, with the electric seat on full mode. That is pure joy.

Or just drawing and writing your own stories, using your imagination. For me, that’s my joy.
