He’s a politician and a Democrat. You should believe approximately 50% to 70% of what he says. As opposed to the Rumpublicans whose verity runs around 1% or so.

The pandemic can’t be over because the “vaccine” makers would have to stop selling under the EUA. But Taiwan must be defended if China attacks.

Chip is doing no different than what MSM does. They too chop up what others say to misrepresent (aka LYING about) the story for viewership and ratings. Like Hannity and Carlson, you also cannot believe what Biden says. I believe the previous comment for this toon was made fact of about “runs around 1% or so”.
