Too bad the Republicans care nothing for integrity of the office and refused to save America twice by refusing to accept the facts and evidence to find Orange Traitor guilty as any reasonable person would have.

Which one made a call to advance his personal political interests & which were engaging in their jobs to use diplomacy in what they believed were the US’s interests? The comparison would be if Trump got impeached for going to North Korea or calling for better relations with Putin. Trump wasn’t impeached for meeting Kim or Putin.

The level of incoherent tantrums with the MAGA Republicans is reaching a fever pitch, isn’t it? They still believe they can take control with anger and attacks and not have one thing to offer the American people. Democrats may not be perfect, but there is no future for America without them.

The only one who truly tried to extort a friendly government in an effort to fabricate false information against an opponent was trump, and he was deservedly impeached for that. It was only the ABSOLUTE COWARDICE of Republicans that let him flout the law and get away with it.

Better examples would be Nixon telling Col. Ky to sink peace talks as NIxon would get him a better deal and Reagan getting the Iranians to hold the hostages until after the election.

Mr. Bok thinks President Biden asking the Saudis to not reduce production to keep U.S. gasoline prices low is the same as FPOTUS committing an illegal act of coercion to Ukraine. Not much hope for coherent strips from one such as that.

Even if we allow Bok his complete re-write of what Trump said… the comic still illustrates that Obama and Biden were negotiating for the country, and Trump was asking for a personal, political, favor. There’s a clear reason he’s the one that was impeached.

The fantasy about Biden wanting a temporary pause in oil prices is on a par with Trump caring about this Nation.

Some cartoonist’s see their job as twisting facts into outright lies. Chip does this very well.

Talk about rewriting history. Cult-45 refused to deliver badly needed, congressionally-approved aid unless Ukraine agreed to dig up dirt on a political rival. I had been a Republican all my life until this happened.

Amazing how chipped Bok’s (so called) brain is. All of those panels are the opposite of the truth. In Trump’s case, after congress approved, by bipartisan agreement, to send military aid to Ukraine, Trump called Zelensky and said that he would not release the aid money until Zelensky gave him dirt on the Bidens he could use in the election, whether it was there or not.

Strawman. Trump got impeached because his call with Ukraine was much worse than you’re depicting.

That’s a pretty mild way of depicting the deliberate withholding of a congressionally determined aid package (an illegal act) in order to pressure a foreign leader into producing dirt (true or otherwise) on a political adversary.

Chip is very simple minded, but he exemplifies “conservative” thought.

The reason that PRESIDENT Obama said he had to wait to discuss the Nuclear NON-Proliferation Act until after the election is because this discussion would be twisted by those who shovel garbage like the Repubs and Bok.

According to Bok, discussing LIMITS on nukes, and Biden telling Ukraine to dismiss a corrupt prosecutor are bad things. What a POS.
