I moved to my present location 43 years ago in the upper midwest. The average temperatures have not changed. The average rainfall has not changed. The average snowfall has not changed. Some years those figures are above average and some years below average. It looks like climate (same) to me.

I guess Bok is happy to see the world head towards a climate crisis.
