I’m wondering if Santos is actually an American citizen, given his Brazilian heritage. Has anybody bothered to check up on this?

This depiction is clearly fantasy. The radical right wing in congress needs his thin margin support. They know if he was ousted that a Democrat would win the special election. It is obvious they not only intend to keep but defend their new comrade, already assigning sweet cabinet positions.

Except that’s the opposite of what is actually happening. McCarthy have Santos a couple of reserved seats instead.

I kinda think that Bok is upset about the ‘in drag’ part of Santos’ lies (or are they all?). Me? I’m enjoying the show from a considerable distance… though it wouldn’t hurt my feelings if he were replaced by a Democrat.

republicans will carry on about santos, but won’t do anything. they need his vote.
