One of the odd laws in NYC is that they can only pursue one case at a time. If they pull over a speeder, they have to write the ticket, get him to court and reach a verdict before they can arrest anyone else.
I’m suffering from Trump fatigue. Cal Thomas had a recent column suggesting he step down from the 2024 race for the good of the country, I couldn’t agree more.
It would be difficult for leftists however, their hourly source of rage would be gone! The left-leaning comic artists would miss him dearly.
Remember the movie, “Don’t look up!” that was a warning about avoiding the realities of a planet killer comet? I have a new slogan for the Republiquin wing (nuts), “Don’t look woke!”.
Gee, let me take a wild guess at the color of those criminals whom righties want Bragg to spend his every waking moment going after, instead of that orange career criminal.
So many white vics in the toon, all of them seemingly done in either by dagger or by biscuit cutter! Mustn’t implicate firearms in the “American Carnage,” oh no.
Hey Bok, are you implying Bragg can’t handle more than one crime in his office at the same time? Is this an attack on his mental abilities based on his race. Black individuals are biologically and intellectually inferior to whites? Is that what you’re saying?
Dems have plan to make Jim Jordan’s defense of ‘sleazy’ Trump scheme backfire
Trump paid money to an adult film star to cover up an affair he’d had shortly after his third wife had given birth to their son.
“If and when there is an indictment, we will be able to reconstruct all the facts of this case in a way that makes sense to the American public,” Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) tells Sargent.
Rep. Daniel Goldman (D-NY), meanwhile, tells Sargent that Jordan’s actions will make it easy for Democrats to argue that House Republicans are “using the official power of Congress to effectively coordinate with a criminal defendant.”
Sargent adds that he finds it very difficult to imagine that Republicans will really want to burn political capital defending Trump from such an unseemly scandal.
“But do vulnerable House Republicans really want to vote on a criminal referral for law enforcement, all to defend Trump from sleazy hush-money charges?” he asks. “It’s doubtful. Doing so could yoke the House GOP ever more tightly to Trump.”
I know Trump’s psychologist niece has written about what he’ll do if arrested or indicted — his public reactions, hit-back, etc. My question is how will he, personally, handle being brought to account for anything he’s done? He has NEVER been touched by accountability for ANYthing he’s done (lawsuits brought and argued by lawyers does not count). That’s not natural for human beings. If he realizes that there are those who can actually call things he’s done “bad” in some sense and exact a price from him, THAT IS NOT SOLELY MONEY, how will he handle it? Untouchableness has been the bedrock of his psychological existence for all his life. It will be interesting.
tRumps looks like he spent the week with the drag queens of 42d street; there were no 13 year olds for his entertainment, but the republicans are restocking with new unwanted and unloved children forced into the trafficking life
The former president of the United States is credibly accused of illegally conspiring to pay a woman to keep silent about their illicit affair at the end of his campaign for office. Yeah, I think that might deserve our attention.
Notice that the Regressive Party and their ilk (like here) don’t actually defend nor decry Trump’s actions. They just complain about him being held accountable for them.

Alvin Bragg is noted for having successfully convicted some of TFG’s companies of crimes. If he continues on the same path, …

Remember when liar Trump promised to save a work of art on a New York building?
He then had his illegal undocumented workers take a chain saw to the art.
