I wonder what Carmen Miranda would think of how she’s remembered, or what she’s remembered for.

I would have assumed that she had died a while ago, but I didn’t realize how long ago it was. She died at age 46 in 1955.

Beware, Carmen. I understand that right-wing Brazilians — which includes many of the police — like to abuse “fruits”.
