Stop blaming everything on one party. Hold both of them accountable. They both spend more time trying to obstruct the other party for political gain rather than actually even attempt to tackle any issues.
Like Civil Rights? Like the right for both sexes to vote? Like the right to have a basic expectation of safety and privacy? Government is the only entity large enough and influential enough to effect this kind of change. What they have to do now (much to evil Republican dismay) is eliminate the abuses of corporations.
You are both partially right. All the civil rights issues are within our expectations to be provided for with the govts. help. All ecomomic issues should be left to the capitalists (us) to solve.
