Trump never believed in the “Balance of Power” between the three branches of government. He never accepted that anyone was allowed to tell him “No”. This is just an outgrowth of that ego.
Just consider what would happen if the FBI found that you or I had this sort of material in our homes? Then a number of Politicians have the gall to say “No one is above the law”? Yeah, right.
18 U.S. Code § 1924 is really clear. And Trump admitted(If a person admits guilt or states other facts that imply guilt on their own without police questioning or prompting, the statements may be admitted even if [Miranda]rights were not provided.) that he had these classified docs in his desk. Penalty is a fine or up to five years, or both. Let’s get on with it.
I wouldn’t be surprised if tЯц☠p orders his clown team of lawyers to tell his personal judge, Cannon, to simply dismiss judge Dearie in the clause cited by Cannon: “The Special Master shall be discharged or replaced only upon order of this Court. The Court reserves the right to remove the Special Master.”
No particular reason why she would do that, is there? She doesn’t need one, really.
It’s not as tricky as, say, simply firing Mueller.
Ruh-Roh! tЯц☠p’s hand-picked judge Raymond Dearie is actually wanting to hold him accountable. Like Judge Judy, he wants to see the receipts on documents that the clown show of lawyers, Team tЯц☠p, claimed he “declassified.” Said lawyers are refusing to talk about whether, or how, tЯц☠p actually “declassified” any of the documents by claiming it would harm their “defense to the merits of any subsequent indictment.”
In other words, they’re saying that if they reveal that tЯц☠p didn’t declassify any documents, that could subject him to legal action for stealing and holding highly classified information. Which he did. And if tЯц☠p claims he did declassify documents, then he’ll have to prove that in court, and also be subject to possible charges over failure to follow the law regarding declassification. Plus, there’s the whole perjury issue — and the issue of tЯц☠p obstructing an investigation that comes with lying about the whole thing to begin with.
But wait! There’s more! Judge Dearie wants it wrapped up real quick-like-a-bunny (Oct 7th). Of course, tЯц☠p objects, because that’s the last thing he wants. And finally, the judge wants to know something that’s been bothering everyone: Why is this (expletive) thing in front of him instead of being dealt with by the court that issued the search warrant in the first place?
So, there are a bunch of documents that various intelligence agencies deem so secret that they are never to be seen, much less taken, outside of a special secure room. and they are so marked. Trump apparently took them out of that room, and claims (maybe) to have “declassified” them (which makes them government documents subject to Freedom of Information requests, right??). Now, in order to find out whether they’re really as classified as they say they are on their faces, they will be given to some vendor to scan and digitize them, so they can be given to the Special Master and the lawyers (and their clerks and their janitors) on both sides. There seems to be something counter-intuitive with this plan…
The former dummy-in-chief, in an interview (on FOX “News”, of course) with his favorite bromantic pillow-talk pal, Sean Hannity, said “There doesn’t have to be a process [for declassifying documents], as I understand it. If you’re the president of the United States, you can declassify just by saying [the magic words], ’It’s declassified.’ Even by just thinking about it.”
The Qanon idjits will believe it, saying he uses his Jedi tricks to tap into the Maga Force of the Dark Side.

Just because his judge was a tail-wagging pushover doesn’t mean the SM would be.

Trump needs to be in an FBI holding cell and be questioned about who he gave the classified to.

It seems his pet “special master” is misbehaving. Now his lawyers are objecting to Reinhart’s finding’s and his schedule.

Trump Disciples all believe that Their Messiah is innocent.
Because no one is allowed to look at any evidence — at least not until The Messiah is back in office.
.
That has been his defense in every one of his crimes.
