Coach Nordling: I'm going to start my fitness program with a mile-long jog/walk. That takes care of the jogging portion of the workout.
Perhaps Coach “Flounder” Nording should concentrate on his team not being a bottom feeder like the NY Jets for a change……. Last season’s 2-7-1 was not something to be proud of Chester as you were not tanking for next years draft like many NFL and NBA teams do by the quarter post of a season,

He’s actually doing it totally correctly. When you’re that out of shape, start with what you can do and build slowly.
Sadly todays strip is all too real. Well over 50% of Americans age 18-24 are morbidly obese according to DOD. (ages 18-24 are the prime age group for the military)
I am in the strip and I don’t like it.
