That was me when I worked in a big office with short walls. If they put in higher cubicle wall, you would end that.
How do they get out of those cubicles? Climb over the desks?
Might as well let people work remotely in that case. But then execs wouldn’t have that feeling of power over others.

I rather like that idea. I always hated it when someone would come into my office just to chat or gossip, folks, I have work to do!

I actually like that idea, cause when you need to work, someone pokes their nose over and starts talkin……UGH! Does anybody work anymore??? LOL!
On the plus side, they allow pets. On the down side, they are all vicious guard dogs.
I can see adamant ppl getting bloody hands still…
Wire cutters would sell for a premium.
Instead of worrying about what people are doing at any moment (inputs), how about setting expectations and managing their performance? Oh, sorry, I lost my head. That’s what talented supervisors do—and they’re pretty rare.
