If wishes were doors. . ..
You left some questions hanging, Horace!… -Oh…. maybe there’s no room for questions in the outside world…
I interpreted it as being a graphic representation of what happens when an elderly person gets up and walks from one room to another, but forgets why s/he went into the other room after getting there (being on strong medication, this not uncommonly happens to me as well, although it occasionally happens even to younger folks). :-)
Remarkable……! ! !
…just walk away.
Just like me going to the store.
how does he type? I know ours is not to answer why but ask of all the things, no I don’t know what I mean either.
I’m really thinking this IS writer’s block, and the further Horace gets from his computer, the less his thinking is obstructed. Don’t overthink it, Horace….
At least the questions are gone.
If it were writers block, the questions would still linger, there… you can only hope that they’ll leave by the time you get back from your “mental jogging”… – If it were the “Forgetful Jones” phenom where you forget by the time you get into another room, there would still be question marks once you return.. not unless they reshape themselves into exclamation points (ahas!!!)…
I solve a lot of my mental problems exactly this way. It’s amazing.
