The guilt works both ways.

I had a home-schooler bring his young girl around. More than happy to help with her education in sales, money, quantities, making change, dealing with people, and the like. Besides, I “Jones” on Samoas, or whatever PC name they like to call them now.

I recommend foster care for everyone’s kids.

We’d all be better off if cookies had never been invented.(And if you buy that, I’d also like to interest you in a big bridge….)

Umm, Cookies.

I always buy cookies, but only when asked by the child. I strongly oppose buying the cookies from the parents. When I was young, I sold stuff myself, such as “YMCA Mints”, so I’m quite sure the young people of today are equally capable, and it does teach valuable life lessons.

Too much fat in most of those Girl Scout Cookies. Read the nutritional information. You’ll be appalled.

Well played, Dilbert. The kind of humbling expose that is usually the province of Dogbert.

And, as it is often a competition to see who can sell the most cookies, what does that teach the kiddies?

I’ll take two boxes of Thin Mints, three Samoas, and one Trefoils please…

Girl Scout cookies are just not that good, over priced and not even made from real girl scouts.

It’s too bad some folks just want to toss their cookies…
