The American people want to know sir: just how much of the $1.6 trillion they have entrusted to you has been sqandered through fraud and waste? Man: Well, Madam chairwoman, it's hard to say exactly. I think the important thing is for us to look to the future. I can say today with complete confidence that there's not a penny of waste or fraud to be found in our current budget. In fact, if you were to go through this budget line by line, as I have, you'd see that...that...hold it. I found another billion. Man 2: Can I have it for my water project? Lacey: Absolutely not!
