This 1997 âtoon is prescient when applied to the horrors that are Trump. Frames One and Two represent everything that Trump is not. Frame One: âprudent, responsible governmentâ was eliminated with Trumpâs first impeachment. Frame Two: âHonor, dignity and humilityâ was eliminated by the Trump Insurrection of January 6, 2021, leading to his second impeachment. Frame Three: âI have no clear ideaâ certainly describes Trumpâs understanding of the Constitution of the United States.
