Well that plan went down the drain in a hurry Honeybunch.

Sure Drabble developed a taste for that candy corn Honeybunch. Ever heard of the old phrase “any port in a storm”? That’s the only candy around the house that Drabble knows about. :/

“Say! I do like candy corn! And I will eat it with a mouse, and I will eat it in the house…”

I don’t like candy corn either, but once I start eating it I can’t stop. I start by biting off the white tip, then the orange part goes down real smooth.

Ah, the old “imitate a squirrel” trick, huh, Ralph!

no he hasn’t. he just wanted to empty the bowl so she would fill it with something he likes.

Candy corn gives me the shivers. It is never in my house.

No. He’s just desperate!

I used to eat it the same way. The white part was the best.

You need salted peanuts to offset the sweet or the candy corn.

A childhood friend of mine grew up thinking he hated mayonnaise when he had never actually tried it; he got the idea because his father had always expressed his hatred for it. When my friend actually tried it, he found that he actually liked it. If Ralph has ‘hated’ it ‘as long as [he] can remember’, maybe he ‘inherited’ that hatred as well.

I heard weird stories about asparagus and never ate it, until while on a cruise it was served; End of story…I’ve been a asparagus lover ever since. :^)

Once you learn to bite into it in color segments it’s far more fun. Looks like Ralph likes the gulp approach.

Ralph has either a stronger stomach, or weaker tastebuds than I.

O M G!! They are so sweet!

it appears that the candies naturally break apart at the color boundaries.

I like it in small amounts. Every year, I buy the smallest package I can find.

this may seem weird but my mom only buys sprite zero so now i find the taste of normal sprite repulsive
