Dachshund = Badger Dog

At least the dachshund looks like a dog. I don’t know what the white thing is.

And then there’s cat and cat and cat and cat and cat and cat and…

The name dachshund is of German origin, and means “badger dog,” from Dachs (“badger”) and Hund (“hound, dog”). They were bred to be able to follow badgers into their burrows – if you know anything about badgers you will appreciate the fierceness and tenacity of the “wiener” dog…

They are dignified and intelligent…in fact, some have pet degrees.

He’s a dash hound!

Cats have breeds but generally who cares… (unless a Maine Co_on)
