Hey, no rule of law at the top. When a commander becomes corrupt, the whole command will follow. Gen Westmorland. Or at least words very close to that.

Tell you what, if there’s actual evidence of influence peddling then hold Biden accountable. But the trump family should be held to the same standard.

So far there’s way more evidence of trump’s malfeasance.

Most of the comments here speak the same language. But we all know how easy it is to convince a child who plugs his ears and screams “la-la-la-la-la I can’t hear you”.

Sad when that same behavior is exhibited by those who have reached adult age.

Is Allie arguing that Trump should indeed be held accountable for his grievous misuse of his office? Because otherwise the premise of this cartoon does not make sense.

(Mind you, the artwork doesn’t make sense either, because “organized crime successfully executed a lightning smash-and-grab” doesn’t really prove that people get away with crimes, since it takes time for police to find those responsible. It’s very difficult to secure a store against such an attack without also making it unappealing to shoppers, but possibly Allie hasn’t ever had to work retail or doesn’t understand capitalism.)

Is Allie actually claiming that criminals should be held accountable for their crimes?

Yeah, sure, as long as there are exceptions: Because It’s OKAY If A Republican Does It.

    .

It’s so precious when a Trump Disciple discusses crime.

This cartoon is all propaganda and no substance. It is nothing more than a poor attempt at deflection. Whatever happened to having proof to support your accusations? This cartoonist, like many supporters of Trump and the Republican Party, proudly displays willful ignorance for the entire world not see. Fifty thousand people showed up to loot that mall. Moreover, trying to link that to Biden, or any political party and politician is the epitome of taking the facts and trying to make them fit the crime. There is no shred of evidence suggesting Biden took a political bribe. However, there is a ton of evidence illustrating Thomas took bribes to decide a court case a particular way. There is also ample evidence that he and his wife Ginny were involved in the attempt to overthrow the government on January 6, 2021. Furthermore there is ample evidence, 11.6 million pages worth of evidence (and no that amount of evidence is not fake. How do I know? Because it is logically and logistically impossible) that clearly demonstrates Trump’s complicity in attempting overthrow the government and tear the Constitution to shreds.

Just one more comment: 11.6 pages of documented evidence.

Instead of impeaching DJT and ending his political career McConnell said we should let the criminal justice system decide. They are. Influence peddling yer daddy is chump change compared to the REAL crime family.(and the GOP)

What a shame when an oped cartoonist does not understand how important his own credibility is. When you just make things up to say, things with nothing to back them up, who is going to believe you? The nutcases?

Not every criminal is a dem. Felons can’t vote. People with criminal minds are not interested in politics, except for the trump mob.

Republican aversion of socialism and tax avoidance causes social problems.

Right wing racists are easily triggered.

The right wing is full of accusations and empty of proof.

Wouldn’t it be refreshing to see the leftists condemn behavior like what happened at the Nordstrom’s store, just once. But alas, not one poster here will do that. I can’t help but wonder why.

There is rule of Law and tRump will answer in court for his crimes. The “rule of Law” requires proofs, not innuendo and false accusation, to bring charges and a court trial.

This was published in today’s San Francisco newspapers…to Governor Newsom, Mayor Breed, and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors — a letter that reads, in part:

Gump’s has been a San Francisco icon for more than 165 years. Today, as we prepare for our 166th holiday season at 250 Post Street, we fear this may be our last because of the profound erosion of this city’s current conditions. … San Francisco now suffers from a ‘tyranny of the minority’ — behavior and actions of the few that jeopardize the livelihood of the many. The ramifications of COVID policies advising people to abandon their offices are only beginning to be understood. Equally devastating have been a litany of destructive San Francisco strategies, including allowing the homeless to occupy our sidewalks, to openly distribute and use illegal drugs, to harass the public and to defile the city’s streets. This is what liberals think is a great city. It used to be, before all the dumb liberal policies destroyed it.
