This dog is useless!

BANG! is not the sound of a mousetrap being triggered, it would be more like THWACK!

It was irresponsible to leave a set mousetrap where a pet or child may reach it.

It was lucky that someone’s nose wasn’t caught in that trap.

Mouse traps go “snap!”. Rat traps go “BANG!!”

My dogs have been known to kill voles in the backyard, but for mice I rely on the cats.

Another reason we have 5 cats

Ow. Right on the whiskers. Thoze are sensitive to slight air currents. I can’t imagine how bad it feels to have a mousetrap cloze on them.

We had a dog once who liked getting into our covered kitchen garbage can. We put a mouse trap on it; and snapped it once in her presence to demonstrate how it worked. Her eyes got about the size of saucers; and all we had to do from then forward so she didn’t bother it was to put the un-set trap on the can.

Snap!! You fling it, Farley!

Still less annoying than squirrels or raccoons in the attic

You’d think that Elly would figure out what happened from the fur caught in the trap. The fur of an Old English sheepdog is very different from a mouse, no matter how big.

PHEW! Thank God Farley is so floofy or he could have been dusfigured!

Mighty big mouse. Definitely a scavenger though…..

Socialism is like a mousetrap. There is always free cheese in a mousetrap. Only the mouse fails to understand why the cheese was free.
