    Greenstick, I was too. The good news is, in the last 24 years it doesn’t seem to have gotten any worse. Not any better, but not any worse.

    My dad was taking Gingko and was telling his friend that he was taking a tablet to help with memory. His friend asked what he was taking. My dad replied, I can’t remember.

    Just a warning check-in: the doc told my 94-year-old dad to stop taking gingko pills because they might worsen stroke risk.

    another news flash, taking the gingko pills do nothing for your memory or brain power. Making your brain actually work is what increases brain power. Crossword puzzles, Sudko, and those type of games is what keeps the mind sharp. Also playing games that you have to move and have hand and eye coordination also help maintain and improve brain function. And no computer and video games do not qualify.
