I just learned an interesting fact: the first CDs were marketed 40 years ago yesterday. They took a while to catch on, and now they are pretty much obsolete with streaming and downloads. (And real audiophiles going back to vinyl.)

Wonder how it’d do with some heavy metal or gothic?
