When I was a kid there was a tropical fish store nearby that kept piranhas in a big tub. They’d post a sign announcing feeding time for them. It was quite impressive how quickly these small fish could devour their meals. I don’t remember what was fed to them. At some point, it became illegal to own piranhas so that was the end of that.
