Actually it’s been found to be healthier to NOT make your bed. An unmade bed drys out and that helps kill of the dust mites that live in your bed clothes.

My excuse is that I don’t give tours of my bedroom. My bed gets made up when I change the sheets—that’s pretty much it, to my mother’s chagrin.

I see my bed all day long. I don’t want to look at a mess. It is much nicer to get into a neat bed at night, than into a sloppy one.

We’ve all been there with out parents on this "argument " only now I find that not making the bed some how makes the entire room seem a bit messy.

It all looks the same when your eyes are closed. My eyes do not focus until I am out of the room and I close the door. When I am headed for bed, my eyes close as I enter the bedroom.
