This certainly negates the “conspiracy theorists” argument about governments & big business etc needing to microchip people. To hinder or eliminate tracking the “conspiracy theorists” only need to throw away their cell phones & stay clear of those 5G towers.
If I used a modern cell tracking results would be the same. It would stay on the shelf so long they’d probably think I’ve died. My occasional runs to grocery or hardware store would show up as static. Gotta love my old flip phone.
I turned off ALL tracking about 7 years ago – per Google instructions – two years later I found out that that doesn’t turn off ALL tracking. I went to the “designated” place where they said I could make everything ‘private’ and found out that they can say you have turned it ALL off but can also lie to you IF you don’t switch a certain button that they don’t tell you about. I kept wondering how they had marked me in Africa and Europe and the USA after I turned it OFF! Now I know and realize that they aren’t and NEVER will be honest. BIG TECH = BIG BROTHER (burner phones and NO PHONES are the only way to go IF you want technology AND no tracing) and even then, they have other ways like when you read GO COMICS
I find it so ridiculous when the Conspiracy fools say we’re going to be tracked by implants. Our damn phones are doing it already and they just ignore that.

The bears live their lives without knowing or caring that they’re being tracked. Why can’t humans? It doesn’t bother me.

You bears are lucky, the tags are free, people have to pay for their cell phones.
gammaguy about 3 years ago
Is that bear complaining because he doesn’t even get cell phone as payment for being tracked, but only a “tag”?
B UTTONS about 3 years ago
Most humans are not tracked. They voluntarily leave mounds of personal scat on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TicTok and other social media.
It only takes a dimwit to figure out they can make a killing profit by compiling the scat and selling it to other profiteers.

If anyone wanted to track me, it would last about a week at which point they would be so bored, they’d give up.

Why worry about the government taking your privacy when we all gave it away to google, facebook and amazon for free?
namelocdet about 3 years ago
I can actually remember a day long ago when I scoffed at getting a cell phone. I viewed it as an “unnecessary luxury”.

If they had opposable thumbs we’d just give the bears cell phones too.
