So the Trump Organization did not grossly overvalue properties in New York to secure better loan terms?

This Democrat version of Monopoly is for dummies. Real Monopoly players know that to fairly win you need to buy all the trains, utilities and buy the cheaper property from the beginning to about the half point of the board. Never buy the higher value property.

James runs for office on the promise of “getting Trump” and a single far left judge gets to make the ruling. New York is a farce.

I keep reading from Real Estate types that being crooked is normal business. That if they were honest they couldn’t make near as much money. I guess that admission is being honest, paradoxically.

Let’s point out that in the last two cases Mr. Trump lost, he’s not going to prison, he has to pay damages. Not quite the same thing. When Trump won his case against Stormy Daniels, we didn’t hear any complaints then, did we.

For Donald Trump Bankrupt and going to jail is better than just going to jail. He sure loves committing crimes.

Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time. Why can’t Rethugicans understand simple, evidence, rule of law and justice? Oh yeah! I forgot, cults can’t think outside of the Orange box.

Well, the Dump version is much faster. He would just avoid the counts all together and go straight to jail, if not the firing squad.

So a DA charges you, you go to court and are found guilty. Then you go to jail. Does Varvel think this is a new concept?

I envision a drawing which depicts this cartoon, flames consuming it, sitting on the backseat of a car (a convertible with its top down) as the automobile teeters on a cliff edge, about to plunge a thousand feet down onto jagged rocks below.

Trump is a criminal, he should have been banned from business in NYC but they went liberal and only banned the Trump crime family for 3 years. Putin loving anti democracy insurrectionist traitor Trump should be in prison or a least a mental institution.

Republicans claim traitor Trump is above USA law,

The New York courts found the Trump crime family guilty of insurance fraud, charities fraud, bank fraud, tax fraud, and sexual assault. Criminal Trump has been fined hundreds of millions and if he does not pay up NYC will confiscate his buildings which will be worth more once his criminal name is removed from them.

The Putin loving republican party of liars and dictators are in complete denial.

Trump should have stayed out of politics. Then his crimes wouldn’t have been important enough to notice, like for the rest of the wealthy elite.

I ask a bank for a 2 million dollar loan. I tell them my collateral is worth 3 million. They apparently agree and loan me 2 million. I pay it back with interest. A prosecutor decides that is an illegal transaction and charges me with fraud. When has that ever happened except to “get Trump”

Not suitable for CRIMINAL business owners, perhaps. I like how Mar-A-Lardo’s supporters gloss over the fact that he absolutely DID the things for which he’s now being held accountable. I particularly like how it’s the “being held accountable” that outrages them, not the rape, defamation, and fraud – but they’re the “law and order” party.
