Poor Satch! He reminds me of my dog Anise, who feels guilty all the time. When she comes in, when she goes out, when she sees that I see she’s eating, when her sister Cinnamon (who feels guilty about nothing) does something wrong, when the cat does something wrong. Poor girl.

I didn’t see anyone leave except Satchel. What a forlorn look. And as George Carlin said: “What is home but a place to keep your stuff?”

Fazed. If he were phased it would have to be by a Klingon or an electrician.

That’s one major “hang-dog” face on Satchel in panel 2, and how relieved he looks in panels 3 & 4!

Our house was like that, except it was teenagers. I’d come home to a house full sometimes, while my own was hiding in his room.
