There was a scandal in Mexico in 2016 where a teacher was stamping seals on his students’ incorrect homework papers with quotes such as “This is why Mexico doesn’t make progress”, “You are a shame to your family” “Go back to your village”, among others. He WAS fired, but some of his former students took up the torch and continued making insulting quotes and posting them online. His name is Santiago Cabrera Morelos.
