I agree with the Cat and Ape. Kids get preciously little exercise these days, which is probably one of the causes of the obesitas epidemic.

I always take a little post lunch walk around 2:00. Sometimes as late as 3:00, depending on my schedule.

Oh yeah. I forgot that the time and number of breaks decreased after entering middle school. Too much trauma must have pushed it out of my head.
