Well, a Payne I DO agree with!

A bipartisan Payne cartoon! Well stated and well drawn, Mr. Payne. This is the first Curiousity editorial cartoon I’ve seen without references to shootings or politics and is way overdue. This mission is what Kennedy meant when he said, “The hard things we’ll do now, the impossible we will do later.” Respectfully,C.
