With all the taxpayer money they get, you would think they’d have tossed rahm a couple of bucks.

My, my, it seems the liberal element of the comments section is rather venomous this morning. I can’t imagine your state of mind if Romney wins the election.

That would be downright entertaining. Leave your guns at home though, the congressmen might think the people are fed up and are coming to throw them out.

Yep. Let’s get rid of those stupid Catholic hospitals and food pantries feeding the homeless. I also don’t agree with Jews and Presbyterians, so close those hospitals too.

I don’t know about the others but the Diocese of Wilmington(DE) is officially bankrupt. My mother got her pension claim in just in time.

Actually “cubefarmer”, the problem is not understanding all those typographic errors in the bible. All those “begats” were only supposed to identify all the “bigots”, and their descendants.

After my divorce, I taught middle school, for a year, in a Catholic preK- 8 school. I’d say about 1/4 – 1/3 of my students were not Catholic. They were required to take religion and go to mass on Wed.s along with the rest of the school. They weren’t required to believe. They were only required to behave and parrot back the material.

The statement on restaurants being unwelcome because the owner is nuts, IS wrong. As to this ‘toon, and comments; in Junior High, my brother was sent to Catholic school to “correct his behavior”. He was insane the rest of his life. That was back in the mid-’50’s, the church settled for around $50 million with students of that time, a couple years ago.Sexual and physical abuse does “so much” to "straighten kids out’.

No, The idiot, and bigot, here is you. Christianity has been at the forefront of ending slavery? Christianity has been at the forefront of PROMOTING SLAVERY.“Slaves, obey your earthly masters with deep respect and fear. Serve them sincerely as you would serve Christ.” Ephesians 6:5 And the reason I don’t protest muslims? Because they have every right to be here. Freedom of religion applies to everyone. Not just christians. And dispite what peter king, michelle bachman and fox not actually news will tell you, sharia law is not going to take over the country. Infact, extremeist christians have further penetrated the US government than extremeist muslims. Not to mention that extremeist christians have been responsible for more acts of domestic terrorism than extremeist muslims. Your hypocrisy is just disgusting. And apparently, I can’t disagree. Infact, if you EVER DARE disagree with a christian of any kind, you’re a bigot. And I don’t care what your close minded view is, since the US is a constitutional republic, NOT a christian nation. You don’t want gay marraige legal? You have to come up with a constitutional reason why it can’t be legal. Because I can think of a few why it SHOULD be legal.

Well, yes, good cartoon, except all he said was that a bigoted business wouldn’t prosper. (An alderman suggested using zoning to keep Chick-Fil-Atio out of town)

Obviously bigots do rather well, judging from the people making money off things Emanual never said.

People keep calling me a bigot, no one really explains it. But I should consider myself lucky. Disagree with a christian today, they call you a bigot. Disagree with them 500 years ago, they’d stuff you in a brazen bull.
