FY 2009 budget was passed under GWB.FY 2010 budget was not passed by Democrat-controlled House (http://thehill.com/homenews/house/104635-dems-wont-pass-budget)FY 2011 budget funded through continuing resolutions (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_United_States_federal_budget). House passed budget proposal rejected by Senate (http://thehill.com/blogs/floor-action/house/145259-house-passes-republican-budget-for-fy-2011-in-x-y-vote).FY 2012 budget as submitted by Obama was rejected by GOP House. Alternative submitted by House rejected by Democrat-controlled Senate (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_United_States_federal_budget)FY 2013 budget submitted by Obama was unanimously defeated in both House and Senate. Government funded through continuing resolutions.FY 2014 Ryan budget passed by House defeated in Democrat-controlled Senate (http://www.politico.com/story/2013/03/paul-ryan-budget-vote-senate-democrats-89187.html). .I will spare you the pain of reading: Neither House nor Senate cared a whit for any budget proposal coming from Obama. While under GOP control, the House produced and passed a budget every year. The one year when Obama’s party controlled all of CONgress, the House didn’t pass a budget. The Democrat-controlled Senate has rejected all the House budgets (as well as Obama’s budgets).

So many weep and wail over leaving todays spending to the children and the grandchildren. But suggest that could be avoided by paying more tax, and the reply is oh no we can’t do that. Too bad kids, I guess you’re stuck with irresponsible and greedy parents.

That’s the Reaganomics card, only useable by the Pentagon, and CEOs using the taxpayers as the bank: with help from W and the $3 TRILLION and counting for Iraq.
