Bats doesn’t kill them off. Even the one who died isn’t dead anymore. He has a huge collection now, so he’s a bitter, angry loner who has surrounded himself with Robins and former Robins.

Scrappy really needs to upgrade to a higher grade hero… but would a higher grade hero have Scrappy Lad…. the dilemma of being the expendable comic relief…
